Fruit concentrate is our primary product line, representing over half of our annual revenues. We currently produce several types of fruit concentrate: wild blackcurrant, golden berry, crab apple, blueberry, raspberry. In addition, we also sell apple, and pear juice concentrate with fruit.

In addition to golden berry, we are strategically emphasizing blueberry given its many proven health benefits. Blueberries are high in antioxidants, lower cholesterol, prevent urinary tract inflections, improve memory, coordination, balance, and eyesight, as well as slow aging.

Sales of our other products, which include apple and pear juice concentrate, currently outsourced through third parties grew rapidly in fiscal 2009. Subject to future financing, we plan to add a new concentrate pulp line which will allow us to bring production of apple and pear juice in house, thereby enhancing margins on these high demand products.
